Product Details

Each ASÉRA piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. Minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, texture, or fit may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our garments. These are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

Shipping

Orders will be dispatched within the timeline communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. ASÉRA is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, except in the rare case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If you receive such an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once approved by our team, the product must be returned for verification. Upon successful verification, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
