Refund policy

At ASÉRA, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted with close attention to detail. Owing to the limited nature of our collections and the exclusivity of each garment, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and/or a video of the issue at asera.vie@gmail.com or contact us on- +91 88130 60148

Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our team, the item will need to be returned to us for verification. Upon successful verification, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Refund Timeline

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days after the product has been received and verified by our team.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

•⁠  ⁠be unused and unwashed
•⁠  ⁠be returned in its original condition
•⁠  ⁠have all original tags intact
•⁠  ⁠be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

A note on Craftsmanship 

Minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, texture, or fit may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our pieces. These subtle differences are a part of the individuality of the garment and are not considered defects.
