How it works

Once we receive your request, our team will take the time to understand your vision and thoughtfully curate a design around it. After the design has been shared and approved by you, your piece will be handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

As each customised order is made especially for you, please allow 7–10 days for dispatch from the date of design confirmation.

Customised orders are created especially for you and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once confirmed.
